One thing that really stands out from today is microteaching. It was a bit awkward to see our cohort as kindergartners. It was a good learning tool to see what teaching may be like. I learned that you really have to think on the spot because some things will not go the way that it is planned.
I thought the teaching on reproduction using flowers and beans was very engaging. I learned that being comfortable and confident in your teaching helps a lot with the atmosphere in the classroom.
